I built this system after years of dealing with my own injuries, setbacks, and plateaus. With a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from SDSU, I learned to solve problems with precision — biomechanics, load patterns, and movement efficiency became an engineering puzzle I refused to leave unsolved.
As a former collegiate athlete and current hybrid athlete training for an Ironman, I’ve spent years rebuilding my body through strength, mobility, and fascia-focused training—learning firsthand what actually works and what doesn’t.
I’m also currently enrolled in the NASM Certified Personal Trainer program, continuing my education to bring even more value, clarity, and structure to the people I help.
